The main objective of establishing an Integrated Management System that includes the Quality of Services, Environmental Management and Social Development is to provide products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and to protect health and the environment from the possible repercussions of the activities carried out in the facilities of Plus Fariones Hotels & Apartaments, minimising harmful environmental effects and contributing to the conservation of the natural environment in a sustainable manner.

Based on our aim of continuous improvement in Quality, the Environment and Social Development, the Management of Plus Fariones Hotels & Apartaments assumes the following policy:

• TO COMPLY with all applicable legal provisions that affect the establishment, currently and in the future, as well as those established in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 respectively.
• CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE the effectiveness of the management system, guaranteeing the participation of all our internal and external customers.
• CREATE AND DEVELOP a Staff Training Plan that allows us to implement continuous improvement in Quality, Environment and Social Development, involving them in the achievement of the objectives aimed at improving our services day by day for the greater satisfaction of our customers and to reduce the impact of our facilities and activities, both internal and external, paying special attention to prevention.
• INFORM of the establishment's progress in environmental matters both to workers and to customers, collaborators, etc. As well as the commitment on the part of the Management and Ownership of the establishment to submit the projects of future extensions of the facilities or activities to sustainability criteria.
• PROMOTE respect, conservation and improvement of the natural, cultural, historical and social resources and heritage of the island of Lanzarote, seeking to improve the quality of life of the local community and customer satisfaction.
• IMPLEMENT a Management System that develops the Quality, Environment and Social Development Policy and provides the human, material and organisational means to guarantee its fulfilment.
• COMMUNICATE to all the people working at Plus Fariones Hotels & Apartaments or on their behalf the Quality, Environment and Social Development Policy, as well as the commitments and principles contained therein and make it available to the public.
• DEVELOP the procedures, objectives and specific goals necessary to prevent, eliminate and minimise the environmental impact of the activity.
• PERIODICALLY CHECK the effectiveness and suitability of the Management System and keep its elements updated to guarantee continuous improvement.
• Periodically carry out audits and reviews of the Management System.
• COOPERATE with the Organisations and Institutions in everything necessary to achieve good environmental performance.
