Main pool rules

We inform you of the rules for the use of the main pool according to the current regulations, Royal Decree 742/2013 Article 14 (Spain) and Decree 212/2005 Article 36 (Canary Islands):

  • Children under the age of six must be accompanied by an adult when bathing in the non-children's pools.
  • Users must shower before bathing.
  • Users must wear bathing slippers.
  • The instructions of the lifeguard must be followed.
  • Diving into the water head first can be very dangerous and is therefore forbidden.
  • The depth of the main pool is 1.45 metres.
  • The maximum capacity of the main pool is 36 people.
  • The nearest public health centre for any emergency is the health centre of Tías, located at Camino Víctor Fernández Gopar, 10, 35572 Tías, Las Palmas, with telephone number 928 30 35 64. 
  • The emergency telephone number is always 112.
  • There are complaint forms available for users.
  • The use of glasses and glass containers in and out of the water is forbidden.
  • Animals are not allowed in the pool area, except for the trained dogs of blind people.
  • The latest checks carried out will be available to customers on the board, indicating the pool to which they refer with the date and time they were carried out.
